Service Provider Cross-Trainings

The purpose of this training is to enhance older victims’ safety and quality of the life by strengthening collaboration among service providers.

To create a collaborative community response to support victims, the City of Charleston is working with agencies and organizations that specialize in:  adult protective services; aging services; civil, criminal, family, and probate law; criminal justice systems-based advocacy; culturally-specific services; disability rights; domestic violence; faith-based services; financial services; health care; law enforcement; LGBT services; long-term care; mental health services; regulatory compliance; sexual assault; and substance abuse.
